How hard do you think it was for Harvey’s henchmen to track down the lawsuit just filed against Britney Spears, by a paparazzo who used to work for… TMZ?
Wussy-boy Ricardo Mendoza got a little too close to his subject, physically, back in 2007, and Brit-Brit ran drove over his foot.
He’s claiming the whole unseemly incident should be worth a pay-off of more than $220,000, including $195,000 in “general damages,” and $10,000 for “any future foot problems.”
What an exclusive, TMZ!

F$#k this guy… If you look at the video from back when it first aired…It was so easy to see he stick his foot under the car to get the shoot and then got his foot ran over….even TMZ made fun of this guy on there TV show and at the time he worked for them
