The lawyer for David Letterman’s blackmailer isn’t the only person hitting the morning show circuit on Monday.
Kate Gosselin put in an appearance on the Today show, where she whined about having withdrawal pains… as in the money estranged husband Jon withdrew from there joint bank account recently.
Jon reportedly sucked over $200,000 from the account, leaving a balance of just $1,000. According to Kate, that leaves her in danger of being “unable to pay for the roof over (the kids’) heads.”
Says Kate: “It’s not acceptable.”
Kate told Meredith Vieira this isn’t the first time Jon’s withdrawn money from the account.
“He had done it a few days before I filed for divorce,” she said. “He didn’t empty it completely, but it was enough that I was afraid.”
Meanwhile, the kids made it to school today with the help of a nanny. Apparently Jon has yet to return from his barn-storming publicity tour on the West Coast.
