Back on November 4th when TMZ first broke the news that there was a Carrie Prejean sex tape, The Big Cheese immediately smelled a rat.
If, as the webber said that day, they had seen the tape why not go ahead post it for everybody to see – at least an edited version?
Oh, yeah, right… they decided not to, “because it was too racy.”
Except now we know that not posting the video had nothing to do with taking the moral high ground.
It was all about legality, and the fact that Prejean was underage (she was 17) at the time she made the steamy sex scene for her then boyfriend.
On the Today show this morning, Prejean blamed her recent woes on what amounts to a vast Left Wing conspiracy.
There is “a campaign against me trying to silence me,” she says.
In her new book, by the way, Prejean pooh-poohs accusations of hypocricy for having posed for racy photos.
