The whole shit-fight between Jon Gosselin and TLC just got uglier than Kim Kardashian without her makeup.
You probably read that TLC is lashing out at Jon for allegedly violating his contract with them by making a sizeable chunk of change from unapproved public appearances?
Well, now Jon and his attorneys are throwing a few allegations of their own at TLC.
They charging TLC with violating Pennsylvania child labor laws.
In paperwork obtained by Radar Online, the attorney’s say the cable channel failed to get work permits for the kids.
It also claims that the network is keeping Jon from earning a living as an on-camera personality.

Oh, Jon…. TLC isn’t keeping you from “earning a living as an on-camera personality.” You’ve done an admirable job of that all by yourself.
