In the game of Survivor that New Age guru James Arthur Ray’s life has suddenly become, two of his key employees have just won an immunity challenge.
Investigators in the case say they’ve granted immunity from prosecution to Megan and Josh Fredrickson.
The Fredricksons were interviewed just last month.
The couple had worked for Ray since 2005. They both attended the fatal sweat lodge ceremony last October.
What does this all mean? To again put it in “Survivor” terms, Ray is almost certain to be voted off the island, and into prison.

If Ray was smarter (and not so cheap) he would have provided these employees with top flight lawyers to make it easy for them to remain on his side.
