Talk about a slap in the face!
Grieving widower-slash-slimy-scammer Simon Monjack has apparently made sure his father in-law, Angelo Bertolotti, won’t have access to his own daughter’s grave.
Not only did Monjerk, and Brittany Murphy’s mom, Sharon, put together a short-list of people who are allowed to visit Brit’s burial spot… they also included an even shorter list of people who are not permitted to visit.
And when Angelo showed up yesterday afternoon to visit his daughter’s final resting place, he found out the hard way that he’s not welcome. He was turned away at the gate by Forest Lawn security guards.
According to someone who knows, Brittany’s dad was later given directions on the down-low.
Meanwhile, Brittany’s grave is adorned with several floral arrangements, including at least one with a Valentine’s Day theme.

KEEPING THE BERTOLOTTI FAMILY AND THE FANS AWAY!!!!! Pathetic excuse for a husband and mother.
just because those two obviously are not grieving (see their Larry King interview) doesn’t mean the rest of us should not be allowed to grieve, especially Brittany’s own father. Not to mention all the fans that want to make sure her grave is covered in the flowers she rightfully deserves and did not get while she was alive.
Thanks for posting my photo and getting the word out. I was able to verify that the Valentine flowers and decorations were placed by fans, not anyone on the approved visitation list. Without those decorations, her grave would have been bare and forgotten on this holiday. They were probably the last ones to get in and out recently without being booted from the cemetery by security.

That is wrong and immoral. Regardless of Angelo’s past, he should have every right to visit his daughters resting place, after all, She’s still his flesh and blood. He hardly saw her when she was alive, not he is denied access to see her resting place. And who the hell is Monjerk to be putting restriction orders on who or who shouldent see Brittany’s resting place?

TO MONJACK AND SHARON MURPHY:
If it’s your wish to allow only certain individuals to visit Brittany’s grave, then you were mistaken to bury her at Forest Lawn, a public cemetary.
Perhaps, you should have buried Brittany on property that one of you own, (like Casey Johnson’s family.)
Since this is not the case, I am afraid your visitor list is useless and you cannot control who visits.
I would not put it past either one of you to now attempt to exhume Brittany and rebury her elsewhere, for the control factor.
