Actor Andrew Koenig’s parents and their last-minute exit from the set of Larry King Live Wednesday night has everybody wondering if Andrew – better known as Boner on “Growing Pains” – may have been found.
His mom & dad were in a studio in Canada, and had done an audio check just 90 seconds before King was to come back from a commercial break and talk to them about their missing son.
With no more than 20 seconds left in the break, and without explanation, the Koenigs took off their mics, got up and walked out of the Vancouver studio, leaving King to do the TV talk show version of a tap dance for no fewer than the final five minutes of his show.
Speculation is that the Koenigs got some kind of detrimental news about their missing son during the commercial break, and decided to bail.
